Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and download your pre-paid USPS shipping label, which will also be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Products
Carefully place your Tarte products in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring they are secure, and affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside.
Ship & Refund
Drop off your package at any USPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
